Fat Loss For Idiots Review - Can it get you losing weight?

Fat Loss for idiots is a diet program. It claims..

it can make you lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Now thats a very big claim. Most diets i have been on claim about 4 pounds a week - and if im lucky they result in around 2 pounds of weight lost, but at least there promises didnt sound too unrealistic.

I first heard of Fat Loss 4 Idiots about 3 months ago. Word of it spread around internet dieting forums like wild fire. It sounded like a gimmick to me, but people were using it and losing lots of weight. Whats more, they were enjoying using it. I thought i should check it out for myself.

The first thing you notice when you go to the fat loss 4 idiots site are some of the spurious claims it makes - Low fat foods dont work, Calorie counting does not work, Low Carb plans do not work and Weight Watchers and their ilk are far too slow.  Well i can vouch for low carb and calorie counting working, but it is right when it talks about hitting a platau and the plans being too hard to follow in the long run. Infact that got me more interested in it.  Was it offering me a diet where i wasnt going to stop losing my initial burst of weight?

It then talks about the right and wrong foods, and how im eating the wrong ones. Well it was right again. Infact everything i was reading was right, but i didnt like to hear it. I didnt want to hear that the diets i have been doing for the last few years - unsuccesfully - were never going to work for me long term.

The price tag was very reasonable - $39 dollars.  That seemed good to me for a chance of ongoing weight loss and improved health, and i also noticed they offered a money back gaurantee which made me even happier about buying it.

So what exactly did i buy? I bought access to an online diet generator - a meal planner. And a very good one at that.  Lots of meals and snacks, very few sugary foods, loads of wholegrain, etc. I also recieved a diet workbook to keep my ‘notes’. There were also plent of tips like drinking lots of water, but no exercise routines. It did not say there would be any, but i was slightly disapointed as i consider exercise to be a key part of any diet.

The key to the fat loss 4 idiots program is the kind of foods your eating  combined with a method for tricking your metabolism into never thinking it is in starvation mode, meaning you are always losing maximum fat. I feel obliged not to share their method as it is a good part of what you are paying for.

Results

I have been on this diet for about two months. I love it - it is one of the best diets i have been on for two reason. One - there is a large choice of meals available on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots website, with instructions. That saves me so much time and means i know what to buy a week in advance when i go food shopping. The second reason is i havnt really stopped losing weight. I did not lose 9 pounds in the 11 days, i lost five. I have lost 4-5 every 11 days on it since then. Even my boyfriend whom i regually cook dinner for, has lost a bit of weight - and hes only doing the dinner meals.

So i highly recommend Fat Loss For Idiots and give it an A
